    Visit to Pang Long (Arowana Farm in Singapore)

    Hi all members,

    Today, I pay a visit to Pang Long arowana breeding farm.

    Both Pang Long Pte Ltd and Sing Arowanas Pte Ltd are the subsidiaries of Fu Long Holding Pte Ltd.

    Sing Arowanas Pte Ltd was set up in year 2006 and obtained CITES certification in 2008. They have about 30+ ponds which are used to breed Asian golden arowanas (Hi-Back, RTG and Crossback), Banjar Red and Grade 1 Super Red arowana.
    Their production mainly are the Asian golden variety. Brooders are fed with a mixture of market prawn, bullfrogs and beef for better results.

    Sing Arowanas Pte Ltd arowanas are categorised into the following groups.

    Sing Banjar Red
    Sing Red Tail Golden (RTG)
    Sing Pagoda Golden (Highback RTG)
    Sing Wild Crossback (Crossback Golden)
    Sing Wild Red (Grade 1 Super Red)

    Pang Long Pte Ltd was set up in year 2005 and obtained CITES certification in 2009. They have 40+ ponds which are used for breeding Asian Golden Crossbacks arowanas and Grade 1 Super Red arowanas.
    Our production mainly focus on our premium crossback golden variety. Brooders are fed with a mixture of market prawn, bullfrogs and beef as well.

    Pang Long Pte Ltd arowanas are categorised into the following groups.

    Absolute Gold™ (Premium Crossback Golden)
    Absolute Golden Head (Premium Crossback Golden)
    Absolute Golden head "A" (Premium Crossback Golden)
    Absolute Golden head "AA" (Premium Crossback Golden)
    Absolute Golden head "AAA" (Premium Full Helmet Crossback Golden)
    Diablo Red (Premium Grade 1 Super Red)

    They believe having good bloodline of breeding stocks, then they will have quality fries that are good enough for hobbyists. Although they do not retail to local fish shop (LFS), hobbyists are welcome to purchase directly from them.

    This is by far the most educational visit by our Boss Neo. Kudos to koji for the efforts in explaining the effects WTT do to quicken the shine of goldies & the various stages of gold tone development from juveniles to larger specimen. Good job!
